Who can register an account?
Registration on iveychase.org is open to all Ivey Chase Homeowners Association members.
Individuals who have homes "Under Contract" in our subdivision will need to wait to request an account until after they have closed on their homes.
Why register an account?
When you register an account, you will be given access to Community News, Calendar of Events, Community Message Boards, HOA Information and Documents and Amenity Information. In addition, you will receive informal HOA communications by email.*
Please Note: The information contained in this website is updated by Ivey Chase homeowner volunteers. This information has been provided as a service only to fellow homeowners. It is the responsibility of all users of this website to verify all information contained in this website with our management company.
How do I register?
Registrations should be requested by the property owner on record. Registrations requested by other persons may be delayed or denied. Anonymous registration requests are not accepted at this time and will be deleted without notification.
- Click the Register button in the Account Login box in the upper left of this page to register your account (you may also click the Register link in the upper right of this page). You do not need to enter information in the Username or Password boxes when clicking the Register button. You will enter this information in the form that loads.
- Fill in the information required for registration. Then click, Register.
Tip! Please choose a username you will remember! Email addresses work well for this.
NOTE: User names must contain NO SPACES. Individuals who create accounts with a user name that contains a space may not be able to log in after their account is approved.
- After your registration is approved, you will receive an email letting you know you can log in to the website.
Information collected is forwarded to our management company to verify that individuals requesting access are homeowners in Ivey Chase.
How long does it take for my registration to be accepted?
Members of the HOA volunteer their time to maintain this website. While we make every effort to get registrations approved as soon as possible, expect a delay of at least 24 hours. If you have not received an email stating you have been given access to this site within a week following registration, please email admin@iveychase.org with your concern.
*All FORMAL communications will always come directly from our management company or builder usually through US Postal Mail or other "real world" delivery method.
